    The ignition of the airbag-modules works with the HuDe airbag-software, which is responsible for the administration and the evaluation of the measurement results.

      For the Airbag-Deployment test we stretch the airbag module on to a device, which correspond to the module of the automobile and start the test.

      The ignition of the airbag-modules works with the HuDe airbag-software, which is responsible for the administration and the evaluation of the measurement results.

      Typical Static Deployment Test Process:

      1) Prepare Device Under Test (DUT) – Mechanical Fixing
      2) Connect the Airbag to the Ignition System and Sensors
      3) Apply Thermal Conditioning – Recording/Monitoring by HuDe-DAQ Data Logging

      When Thermal Conditioning is Finished:
      1) Adjust the Camera Setup and Optical View
      2) Enter Final DUT Header Data
      3) Close all Test Room Doors – Check Security
      4) Measuring of the Resistance of the Squib(s)
      5) Deployment Happens
      6) Release the Turned Safety Key
      7) Auto Read and Save of the DAQ Test Data is Done
      8) Download the High Speed Video Picture from the Cameras to the PC
      9) Ready for Test Data Evaluation
