      The HuDe HITS, BBlTS and the LI P sled are deisgned to full verification of vehicle’s interior components.

      The most sophisticated impact engine is the Linear Impactor Propulsion sled. It represents a modular three-in-one system for the tests modes Head Impact, Body Block Linear Imapact, Out of Position and Knee impact mechanics.

      A servo electric drive guarantees a high precision impact velocity by closed loop operation. Easy to maintain and replacement of impact sleds allows to change the test mode within some minutes. Data acquisition with 32+ channels and multiple ignition channels for firing airbags are typically integrated to test bench. All software tools of the Static Deployment System are available at the LIP sled.
