The photometer focuses precisely on a measuring field of 25 mm diameter at a distance of 3.162 m. An LED alignment device was developed to project the measuring field on the license plate dummy.
The DSP 10 Preamplifier of the LM 20 is connected to the AMS Controller which displays the luminance in cd/m². The measuring optics is either mounted on a stable tripod or on the TPU 10 photometer positioning unit which offers particularly user-friendly operation of the test setup.
